Our Process

  1. Discovery Call
    We start with a video or phone call to get to know you and your space. We'll chat about your style, needs, goals, and budget to see if virtual design is the right fit.
  2. Design Questionnaire & Photos
    You’ll fill out a short design questionnaire and send us photos, measurements, and videos of your space. This gives us everything we need to start planning your personalised design.
  3. Concept & Mood Board
    We create a mood board to establish the look and feel of your space. This includes colors, textures, and inspiration images to make sure we're headed in the right direction.
  4. Floor Plan & Layout
    You’ll receive a custom furniture layout showing how everything will fit and flow. We make sure your space is both beautiful and functional.
  5. Final Design Package
    Your complete design plan includes a clickable shopping list, layout guide, and styling tips. It’s everything you need to bring the design to life at your own pace.
  6. Follow-Up Support
    We’re here to help! You’ll have time to ask questions and get our input as you implement your design.
