What are your opening hours?

You can place an order on our website 24 hours a day. But if you’d like to talk to us, our phone line is open Mon - Sat, 9:30am - 5:30pm and Sun 10:30am - 4:30pm.

How do I use my promotional code?

Simply click ‘Enter a promo code’ on the checkout page and enter your promotional code into the white box below. Please note, you can only use one coupon at a time.

What do I do if my delivery hasn’t arrived?

If you haven’t received your delivery within the estimated time, but have received a dispatch email, please let us know by calling: 01926 257576. Alternatively, you can email: All deliveries are tracked so we will be able to resolve this problem for you quickly.

What if i’m not in when my order is due for delivery?

We will call or email you with a delivery time for all large items (such as furniture). All smaller items will be delivered by via Hermes between 8am - 8pm. This is a fully trackable service. If you are not in when delivery is attempted, your parcel might be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. Alternatively, the courier will attempt delivery on the following day.
